Town and Country have cleaned our Kent Schools contract for over 10 years. Initially asked to carry out the window cleaning service, they’ve grown the business into a larger contract that now includes other areas including complex kitchen cleans as part of an annual programme. We’ve got to know their operations team over the years and they’re always friendly & approachable, known to deliver a great service, and the quality of work is always excellent. As a result of their work, T&C have been awarded other contracts within the PFI School framework. I’d thoroughly recommend them.
On first meeting the Town & Country team their knowledge and experience of cleaning some 40 schools currently was evident. They were attentive in the site visits and took everything into account in their proposal and in their costs, offering exceptional value for money. The contract was awarded in early March 2020 and went live 2 weeks after the COVID-19 lockdown. Our relationship with them is new but we have the feeling it’s going to be a long one. We have already invited them to quote for another school within the Trust.
We have used Town & Country Cleaners at the hospital for over 15 years. They complete monthly window cleaning services to internal and external windows, an annual deep clean to the main kitchen, and additionally external cladding cleaning to the fabric of the hospital. Town & Country provide excellent service and effective support. I am more than happy to recommend them
We’ve been partnering Town & Country for many years now to clean our housing stock. They deliver a first class service to a varied portfolio using a team of experienced and pro-active mobile cleaners. The staff are always helpful & flexible to accommodate a changing specification, they are courteous to our residents, and the cleaning standards delivered are great. Their local Managers support the teams, and are always on hand to help if we need them.

And they’re flexible too….when COVID hit we had to massively downsize the cleaning service which they did instantly and kept the building ticking over. Then as restrictions were relaxed, they’ve ramped up the cleaning service as we need it to support the requirements as office users return. I’d thoroughly recommend T&C….great company, great people.
